Our Commitment

At PR&GD, we stand behind the quality of our research. We believe that purchasing intelligence should be a zero-risk decision. If you are not fully satisfied with any report you have purchased, we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked, no justification required.

Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to all report purchases made through the PR&GD platform, regardless of payment method (Stripe or PayPal), license type (Individual or Corporate), or report category.

All purchases are eligible for a full refund.

  • Daily Briefs, Weekly Outlooks, and Deep Dive reports
  • Individual and Corporate license purchases
  • Single-report and multi-report orders

Refund Window

Refund requests may be submitted at any time. There is no expiration on your right to request a refund. We believe that if our research does not meet your expectations, you should have the freedom to recover your investment regardless of when you made the purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply send an email to prgd@prgd.net with the following information:

  1. Your order ID (found in your Dashboard → Purchases)
  2. The email address used for the purchase
  3. The report title(s) you wish to have refunded

Our team processes all refund requests within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, funds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Stripe payments, refunds are processed back to the credit or debit card used. For PayPal payments, refunds are returned to your PayPal account. We do not offer refunds via alternative payment methods or store credit unless explicitly requested and agreed upon.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the refunded report(s) will be revoked. Download links will be disabled, and the report will no longer appear in your Dashboard Downloads section. If you wish to re-purchase the report in the future, you are welcome to do so at the current listed price.

Partial Refunds

If you purchased multiple reports in a single order and only wish to refund some of them, please specify which reports in your request. We will process a partial refund for the selected items while maintaining your access to the remaining reports.
